Cutting Plan Statistics
Cutting plan statistics provide a detailed analysis of the cutting plan. These statistics are used to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the cutting plan. Below are the details of the cutting plan statistics:
= Total weight of all cuts (including unfinished and pre-cut)
= Order weight
= Total weight of cuts marked as pre-cut, including their waste
= Total weight of cuts not marked as pre-cut, including their waste
= Total weight
= Weight of pre-cut reinforcement
= Weight of pre-cut reinforcement
= Total waste weight of all cuts (including unfinished and pre-cut)
= Weight of waste longer than or equal to the shortest waste length to be considered
= Remaining waste weight
= Waste weight of cuts marked as pre-cut
= Waste weight of cuts not marked as pre-cut
= Weight of waste shorter than the shortest waste length to be considered
- Total Weight (): The total weight to be cut at the end of the cutting process. It is the sum of the total weight of cuts not marked as pre-cut, including their waste, and the total weight of cuts marked as pre-cut, excluding their waste.
- Theoretical Waste Weight (): The weight of all waste within the selected cuts. This waste may be shorter than the shortest waste length to be considered.
-
Order Weight (): The total weight of cuts that do not contain reinforcement from layers below the selected layers and do not include pre-cut reinforcement, including their waste.
-
Remaining Waste Weight (): The waste weight that should remain after the cuts and placements are completed.
-
Total Number of Lengths: The total number of selected cuts. Cuts containing pre-cut reinforcements are also included in this count.
-
Order Number of Lengths: The number of cuts that do not contain reinforcement from layers below the selected layers and do not include pre-cut reinforcement.
-
Pre-Cut Reinforcement Weight (): The total weight of reinforcements within cuts marked as "pre-cut." The waste of these cuts is not included in this calculation.
-
Reused Weight: The total weight of reinforcements left over from one diameter that can be used in a smaller diameter.
-
Efficiency Percentage: A percentage that shows the efficiency of the cutting plan. The efficiency percentage is calculated as follows:
- Efficiency Percentage (Excluding Pre-Cut): A percentage that shows the efficiency of the cutting plan when pre-cut reinforcements are excluded. It is calculated as follows:
