Account Management

You can access information about your account and membership through the My Account Page.

Email Change

To change your email, click the “Change” button next to the “Email” field on the “My Account” page. Enter your new email address. Confirm the change via the email sent to your old email address. If your email change is successful, you will be automatically logged out of your account. Log back into your account with your new email address.

Password Change

To change your password, click the “Change” button next to the “Password” field on the “My Account” page. Enter your old and new passwords in the form that appears.

Other Information Changes

“Other Information” allows your billing details to be auto-filled during purchases. You can change this information by clicking the “Change” button next to the “Other Information” field. Filling out this information is not mandatory.

Account Deletion

Account deletion cannot be performed through Tasnifer. If you wish to delete your account, you need to send an email with the subject “Account Deletion” to info@tebersoft.net. Your account deletion request will be reviewed, and further confirmation may be required if deemed necessary. Please note that if you delete your account, your Projects, Cutting Plans, and details of your Purchase transactions will be permanently deleted.
