Introduction

Welcome to Tasnifer.

Tasnifer is a web-based optimization program that generates cutting plans to minimize waste during the cutting of construction reinforcements and steel profiles.

Tasnifer has two separate modules for Reinforced Concrete Reinforcements and Steel Profiles.

How does it work?​

For Reinforced Concrete Reinforcements​

  • Projects are created by uploading rebar quantity files obtained from ideCAD Static or STA4Cad, or files manually created by the user in Excel.
  • Multiple cutting plans are generated for each project with different floor and diameter combinations.

For Steel Profiles​

  • Projects are created by uploading profile quantity files obtained from ideCAD Static, STASteel, or Tekla XSteel, or files manually created by the user in Excel.
  • If there is an existing profile stock, the stock file is uploaded to the system while creating the cutting plan. Then, the cutting plan is generated.
